Why Join

  • Christian Assemblies exists to help those who have left or are in process of leaving the church, a religious system that binds people to serve 'the church' rather than Christ. (see articles 'An Idol called the church') and who are or are seeking to serve Christ and His body outside of 'churchianity'.

    It has been stated that there are more Christians outside of the organized church than inside. Many of these Christians find it a difficult road to be on for many different reasons such as the need for fellowship with other Christians and serving Christ in a meaningful way. Many have walked the path and have experiences that can help others along the journey.

  • While we don't hold to the notion of 'covering' (Jesus is your covering, not man - more teaching on this soon) joining Christian Assemblies gives you support, ministry, resources, counsel etc when you need it. It is an association without heirachy.

  • Ian & Jeannette have been in ministry for around 30 years and have much experience in helping people and leaders, over the more recent years speaking into the lives of many that have transitioned (or transitioning) into a more biblical model of spirit filled assemblies. They are available to visit your assembly at any time given the leading of the Lord.You will be part of a larger group where we can come together from time to time for corporate worship, teaching and encouragement. Sharing of resources, fellowship, encouragement etc.

  • We would like to share in mission, outreach and community service oportunites between assemblies.

  • Listing of your assembly details on the website is available for people in your area looking for a Christian Assembly to be part of.
